CTC Ten relies on a variety of program staff to run programs at the field in South Africa as well as support the foundation at our homebase in the US.

In South Africa

Liam Connolly, CTC Ten Fellow
Originally from Quebec, Canada, Liam moved to New Hampshire at 13 years old. Liam played 4 years of D3 soccer at Nazareth College of Rochester while earning a BA in history and philosophy. After graduating, Liam accepted a Fulbright fellowship to South Korea to teach English. While teaching, Liam started and coached the school’s first ever competitive soccer program. Liam returned to New England to get a master’s in law and diplomacy at the Fletcher School at Tufts University focusing specifically on the place of sports in international relations.

Cameron Rutledge, CTC Ten Fellow
Cameron is a chemistry major on the Pre-Health track graduating from Franklin and Marshall College in May of 2016. Originally from Miami, he is the 1st Miami based STEM Posse student to attend F&M. While attending F&M, Cameron served in mentor roles surrounding youth development, goal-setting and acceptance workshops. He has worked with programs and groups like the College Prep Program, IMPACT (Intelligent Men Purposefully Accomplishing College Together), Squash ACES (mentor/ tutor), the Next Generation Initiative, House Adviser, a ONE Goal Volunteer with the CTC Ten Foundation, and a CARE (Central America Relief Efforts) Volunteer in Honduras.
